This multi-coursed interactive dinner with Tommy Klauber and a special guest chef will begin with scrumptious cheese hors’ d oeuvres and specially themed cocktails held in the Fête Ballroom also known as Château de Fromage. Attendees feasted on a delicious cheese inspired menu, which they themselves prepared at their own tables.
